Return Policy

We handcraft our products in small batches with care.

It is our desire that you will be completely happy with your potions, and we will do what we can to ensure this. Skincare products tend to work differently for each person due to the unique nature of our skin and our individual needs. Because of this we recommend that you contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific product before purchasing it from us.

We'd love to help - it's why we do what we do!

 

Damages and Other Issues:

Please inspect your order upon arrival and email us immediately at:

if you have any of the following issues, so that we can help evaluate and rectify the problem:

 

You have received the wrong item/s.

Your order is missing item/s.

A product dispenser is defective.

Your product/s arrived broken/damaged.

Where applicable, photographic or video evidence may be requested to support your claim.

 

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your product/s - you may request a return/exchange within 30 days of your purchase date.

If 30 days have passed, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

We will notify you via email if your request has been granted.

 

Shipping

Once your return request has been confirmed, please return the item/s, with proof of purchase (if requested), via USPS or UPS to:

​You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Refunds
Once your return is received, then your refund will be processed, and a credit for the price of the returned item/s will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

 

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Return Restrictions:

1) Only US orders qualify for return/exchange.

2) Promotional items (free samples, etc.) received with orders do not qualify for return.

3) Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
