Hi, I’m Pickle 👋 — founder of Pickle’s Potions, an award-winning small-batch skincare brand from Maine. I created this deodorant after years of testing, because I wanted something that was gentle, effective, and eco-conscious — without the irritation so many “natural” deodorants cause.
 
Each 2oz deodorant comes in a sturdy twist-up eco tube with a minimal plastic lining — chosen for ease of use and less mess than 100% cardboard push-ups. It’s still recyclable and has much lower waste than conventional packaging.

Apply to clean, dry underarms. Hold against skin for a few seconds to warm before gliding on. 2–3 swipes are enough. Be gentle when swiping on! 
 
New to natural deodorant? Your body may take 1–2 weeks to adjust when switching from conventional formulas.

This is not an antiperspirant — instead, it uses natural powders and clays to really help absorb moisture while allowing your body to breathe. 
Is it vegan?
The formula uses local beeswax. 
Does it leave stains?
No — it glides on smoothly and once rubbed in, it won't stain or streak. Just be mindful of how much you apply and whether it needs to be massaged in. 
What if I have sensitive skin?
Choose the Naked option (no essential oils) for the gentlest formula.

Why it works so well:
*arrowroot powder (draws out toxins, helps absorb moisture)
*zinc oxide (heals skin irritations, prevents and treats rashes, and is anti-inflammatory) 
*kaolin clay (mild but very effective clay that draws out impurities and toxins)
*diatomaceous earth (contains silica, a crucial trace element.  Draws out and absorbs moisture. Removes toxins and eases sensitive skin.
*magnesium hydroxide (mineral used in natural deodorants to neutralize body odor)
*zinc ricinolate (traps and absorbs odor molecules in such a way that they are no longer perceivable, making it a highly effective natural deodorizer
