Once your oils are blended, a licensed massage therapist will introduce the basics of facial self-massage and gua sha - simple techniques designed to support circulation, encourage lymphatic flow, and bring vitality to the skin. You’ll learn how to incorporate these methods into your daily skincare ritual using the oil you created during the workshop.
